Attorney Blumberg, a member of the Connecticut bar, graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, from which he also received a Certificate in Business Organizations Law. During law school, Attorney Blumberg was an associate editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and served as a tutor and student mentor.
During law school, he also served as an extern with Delaware’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel. Attorney Blumberg graduated from Penn State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a minor in business law.
Prior to joining Martha Croog, LLC, Attorney Blumberg engaged in private practice in Connecticut in the areas of personal injury and corporate law.
