Attorney Jonathan Gottesman is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law, and was admitted to the Connecticut bar in 2009. During law school, he served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal. He also participated in the Asylum and Human Rights Clinic. In 2008, Attorney Gottesman served as a Judicial Law Clerk Intern for the United States Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review.

In 2003, Attorney Gottesman earned a B.A. from Charter Oak State College, graduating with Honors for Overall Outstanding Achievement.
