Attorney Dumas graduated magna cum laude from the University of Connecticut in 2005 where she received her B.A. She graduated magna cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2008. During law school, she served as a member of the editorial board of the Law Review. The recipient of the Academic Excellence Award in 2008, Attorney Dumas also received Distinguished Academic Achievement Awards in Torts and in Insurance in 2005 and 2006, respectively. Prior to graduation she was a Legal Intern for the United States District Court for the New Haven Division of the District of Connecticut.

Attorney Dumas was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 2008, and to the New York Bar in 2009. In 2009, she was also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, as well as the Southern District of New York. She is a member of the Federal Bar Council and the New York Bar Association.

Prior to joining Martha Croog, LLC, Attorney Dumas practiced litigation in a firm that specialized in commercial litigation and aviation law. There she defended FAA enforcement actions and civil lawsuits, and engaged in various business transactions within the airline industry.

Attorney Dumas is the Co-Manager of the Commercial Litigation Department, and the Manager of the HOA/Municipal Lien Department at Martha Croog, LLC. She also practices in the Foreclosure Department at Martha Croog, LLC.
